PTA Membership
If you did not participate in the Non-Event Fundraiser but would like to join the Bush Elementary PTA, forms are available now! Keep an eye on your child's Tuesday folder or visit www.bushpta.com and download a membership form from our Forms section. PTA members are entitled to discounts at many prominent national businesses, and we are always looking for new faces to help make Bush Elementary great.

Spirit Sale
The PTA will be selling Bush Spirit Items in the Science Lab from 7:30 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. on November 11. Students need Bush T-shirts for Spirit Fridays, Field Trips and other school activities. Come check out our selection of Bobcat shirts and small spirit items before we sell out.

Non-Event Results
Success! 55% of our Bush families helped raise over $36,000 for our school during the Non-Event campaign. Thank you Non-Event contributors! EVERY student at Bush will benefit from your donation. We appreciate you!

Non-Event Spirit Wear Results
Almost $11,000 was raised for Bush Elementary during the Non-Event Spirit Wear sale. This was a new addition to our fall fundraising campaign and we would like to thank you for your participation. Way to show your school spirit! Go Bobcats!

Reflections
The PTA's Reflections program encourages our students to explore their artistic talents in the fields of Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Musical Composition, Photography and Visual Arts. The 2012 Reflection theme is "Diversity Means…" The Bush PTA invites students to reflect on the theme, create an original work and be recognized. Please review the packet sent home in your Tuesday folder or go to www.bushpta.com for guidelines. The deadline for all entries is Friday, October 28th. Please submit entries to your teacher or on the Reflections cart near the front office. Please email Reflections coordinator Meg Doyle at meglynchdoyle@gmail.com with any questions.

Carnival Committee Volunteers
We are putting together our Carnival Committee and we need volunteer leaders to make our spring fundraiser a success! We can use all talents—from confetti egg organizing, to leading games & inflatables, working with our food committee, drumming up community donations and more!
